Terms for TikNoMark download and creator tools. Use only content you may access and reuse.

1. Nature of the service

TikNoMark provides web-based tools for supported TikTok links and creator text workflows. You are responsible for how you use downloaded media, generated captions, styled text, and copied information.

TikNoMark is independent and not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance.

2. Supported links and your responsibilities

Use TikNoMark only with TikTok links and content you are allowed to access, download, and reuse. You are responsible for respecting copyright, privacy, platform rules, and applicable laws.

3. Prohibited uses

  • Do not republish, redistribute, sell, or use saved content commercially unless you have permission from the rights holder.
  • You are responsible for respecting copyright, TikTok's terms, and any laws that apply to you.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, scraping, or excessive automated requests against TikNoMark.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, login screens, restricted-post limits, DRM, paywalls, CAPTCHA, or rate limits.
  • Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, harassing, or rights-infringing activity.

4. Service availability

Downloads may fail if a link is private, deleted, expired, region-restricted, unsupported, incomplete, login-only, or no longer available from TikTok.

5. Ownership of TikTok content

TikNoMark does not host, own, or claim rights to TikTok videos, audio, images, captions, or profile media. All rights remain with their owners.
